"Naomi's Hope" is the last book in Jan Drexler's Journey to Pleasant Prairie trilogy and it is a wonderful story!
Naomi has settled into a comfortable life with her adopted son Davey and she has accepted the fact that this will be her life, single, and raising Davey. However, when Cap moves into the area and Davey starts up a friendship with him, Naomi begins to question her plan. Then her world is further turned upside down when a couple arrives stating that Davey is their family and Naomi turns to Cap for help. What is God's plan for Davey and Naomi's future?
I have really enjoyed this series from Jan and I was eager to read this book to see what happens, but I am also sad that the trilogy has ended. This is such a sweet story that addresses hope, love, family and the family that ones can create. I highly recommend this book for historical fiction fans and those who enjoy Amish fiction.
