Book Review - "Breathing Room"

"Breathing Room: letting go so you can fully live," written by Leeana Tankersley, is a book that will encourage and invite the reader to let things go.  It is so easy and almost second nature at times to just beat ourselves up over every little negative thing that happen, that choice that was made, a mistake that happened. Leeana writes in a conversational tone and style that is easy to read.  When you pick up this book it is like sitting down and chatting with a close friend over mugs of coffee.  Each chapter is relatively short and this makes it easy to sit down and read a chapter one at a time when you have a few moments to relax.  I have to say I love the names of the chapters as well, for example, getting life under your nails, rejecting frantic and sharing real life. This is a book that will help each reader let go of the things that are holding someone back in order to live a complete and fulfilling life.
