Book Review - "It's Not Who You Know, It's Who You Are"

Pat Williams has teamed up with Jim Denney to write his latest book, "It's Not Who You Know, It's Who You Are: Life Lessons from Winners."  This book is divided into 5 sections: Success, Leadership, Family and Friends, Impact and Influence, Becoming a Person of Excellence.  There are so many stories shared in here from Pat's interactions with various individuals ranging from Kenny Rogers to Laura Bush to Walt Disney to Michael Jordan.  I love that each section begins with a quote, something that is catchy and helps make a connection with each person.  The chapters are pretty short so therefore it is easy to pick up the book and read just one or a few chapters at a time.  This is an inspiring book that is very enjoyable to read.
