"Eating in the Middle - a mostly wholesome cookbook" is a great collection of recipes for hose whom are trying to make healthy eating choices, yet also enjoy what you eat. This is seriously a gorgeous cookbook, it is a hardcover collection of a wide variety of recipes and colorful pictures of the food. There are so many recipes I cannot wait to try such as coconut curry Brussels sprouts, the ultimate beef chili, ginger apple compote, and gooey chocolate chip cookie pie. Andie shares her weight loss journey and intertwines her story and her love for these recipes and her story with each recipe in this book. I love this personal touch to the book and am so excited to add this book to my cookbook collection!
