Book Review - "Shadows of the Past"

"Shadows of the Past" is book 1 in Patricia Bradley's Logan Point series and it is an exciting beginning to the series! Taylor is trained to be able to solve crimes; however she is unable to find out whom is stalking her.  Nick writes mysteries and is struggling to get over his wife's death and feels guilty when he begins to have feelings for another woman.  Nick and Taylor must confront and uncover things from the past in order to move forward in the future.
I really enjoyed this book and am looking forward to book 2 coming out in the fall!  This is such a well-written and enjoyable book to read overall.  The author jumps right into the action on the very first page of the novel and takes the reader through twists and turns until the very end.  Nick and Taylor have fascinating jobs and backgrounds and are characters whom I loved reading about and spending time with. 
I highly recommend this book for fans of romantic suspense!
