My Review:
Rose Chandler Johnson's devotional, "God, Me, And Sweet Iced Tea," is a wonderful collection that is inspiring, refreshing and reassuring as each day is a gift, yet it also comes with trying moments as well. I loved the title as it took me back to my days in college in the south where sweet iced tea was the drink of choice. When I opened the book and began to read it I loved the book for what it was: a devotional with journaling questions and plenty of room to write. The chapter titled "be still and know" was one in particular that spoke to me as I find myself constantly caught up in the busyness of life, everyday. I highly recommend this devotional for those whom may need help with seeking God and really experiencing His love and presence in the everyday moments.
