Book Review - "Dangerous Passage"

"Dangerous Passage," book 1 in Lisa Harris' Southern Crimes series is an excellent start to the series and a exciting

start to the series. Avery and Jackson have teemed up to track down a serial killer after two unidentified women are found killed.  However, this particular case is more involved as it may be tied to deaths in Avery's family as well.  As these two get deeper into the case they discover there is so much more going on than what they initially thought and they find themselves getting more deeply involved on more than one level.

This is a great book as it is filled with characters whom come to life in the story and are easy to connect with. This is filled with twists and turns and keeps the reader guessing all the way to the end of the book.  I was immediately hooked on the story and was kept guessing until the end.  I am looking forward to future books in this series.
